All memberships are set to monthly auto-renew. All sales are final and non-refundable.
To cancel a membership, please send an email to team@pilatestudio11.com at least 10 days before the renewal date.
You can put a membership on pause in advance for at least 7 consecutive days. A fee of $25 will apply.
All classes have a 30-day expiration period from the date of purchase. Unused classes do not carry over into the next month.
If you’ve already reached your monthly class limit and wish to attend additional classes before the start of the billing cycle, you have the option to reserve extra classes at the membership rate of $28 each.
You can cancel a class up to 12 hours before its scheduled time. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before) will incur a $10 fee, no-shows will result in a $25 fee for the Unlimited membership plan. For limited memberships (4 and 8 classes a month), a session will be deducted for late cancellations or no-shows.
If the class is full, you can join the waitlist. You’ll be added automatically if a spot becomes available until 2 hours before the class. To avoid fees for no-shows or late cancellations, remember to remove yourself from the waitlist if you can’t attend.
All class cancellations should be made through the Walla app or our website. We do not accept cancellation requests over the phone or via email.
Please arrive on time for your class. Being late by more than 5 minutes may result in your spot being given to someone on standby.
For the comfort and well-being of all participants, we kindly request that you refrain from wearing any perfume, as it may cause allergic reactions in some individuals.
For hygiene and safety reasons, please do not go barefoot. Feet should be fully covered with socks during classes, and open-toed socks are not allowed.
