I began my career in healthcare as a physical therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedics, and over 25 years ago, I started incorporating Pilates into my rehabilitation work. In 2009, I experienced a serious knee injury that drastically limited my mobility — and it was Pilates, especially the reformer, that helped me rebuild strength, stability, and confidence.
That experience deepened my belief in the power of movement to heal and transform. Teaching Pilates allows me to combine my clinical background with mindful movement to help others regain function, build resilience, and feel empowered in their bodies.
