I discovered Pilates during my sophomore year of college, and it quickly became a foundational part of my life. After a ski accident left me struggling to walk, Pilates was my go-to method for low-impact rehab. Not only did it support my recovery, but it also introduced me to a deeper level of strength and mind-body connection.
Inspired by my experience, I pursued teacher training and became a Pilates instructor. My classes are active and dynamic, with a focus on balance and personal growth. I love helping clients discover their own strength and joy through movement.
